Unsteady first steps
I thought I would see if I can develop the habit of working on Variety Meat every other day or so. That means I give y'all permission to hold my feet to the fire if I don't post every other weekday (MWF). I've read that writing is a habit and the quality of mine will improve with practice (up to a point.) My plan is to search for some 80/20 rules on organization of writing. That and the use of some of the suggestions in How to Win at College should serve me for now. I've already done a couple of cursory searches in the intertubes on blog writing that yielded no real good advice (at least none that I'm going to pay attention to :))
