Reboot...

Wanting to practice my verbiage spewing, I'll try this once again. " Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more..."

I am trying to get myself organized and motivated to live the life I want to.  Right now that is travelling the country in an RV, making my way by some muses designed to provide a living for smaller effort.  I'm hoping that by improving my writing, creative, and business skills that I'll be able to get this life finally started.  I intellectually recognize that the only thing keeping me from trying to do this is my fear of failure.  Little bets, that's what I need to begin.

So here's the amorphous beginning plan, post here at least once a week (make small changes to create habits), continue develop my breakfast cookbook, and build a few birdhouses to offer on Etsy.  I also am considering creating a page to sell some products from ClickBank.  I'm thinking that playing with ClickBank I'll be able to learn some pieces to internet marketing.

I've been using Evernote to keep myself on-task, record ideas, and keep history.  I started with a GTD template from http://www.thesecretweapon.org/ and am applying the principles set forth in Zen To Done: The Ultimate Simple Productivity System.  The hardest part of it is picking priorities (I still need to dip into the family job jar often.)

Letting go of the idea that a regular job, with regular benefits, is going to provide the means to living a worthwhile life is a difficult proposition.  It's easier and much more difficult to rise every weekday and work for someone else's concerns.  Security is an illusion and a Faustian trap.
